1. How does the personalised tour experience work?
Our tours are fully customisable! You can either tell me (Mike) your must-see spots or let me craft a unique itinerary based on the best locations, current weather, events, and any road conditions. Every tour is designed to make the most of your time on the island.
2. Are the tours private? Will there be other tourists on our tour?
All our tours are completely private and exclusive to you and your group. You’ll have the entire experience to yourselves, with no other tourists joining, allowing for a more intimate and flexible tour experience.
3. What payment methods do you accept, and when is payment due?
Payment is made on the day of your tour, at the start of the trip. We accept cash, and transfers are available via popular vendors:
– Paypal
– Revolut
– Regular bank transfer
4. Can I book tours for multiple days?
Absolutely! We offer multi-day tours to help you explore different parts of Madeira at a relaxed pace. Plus, we provide discounts for bookings of multiple days, giving you more value while seeing more of the island.
5. What if I’m unsure where to go?
No problem! Based on your interests, I’ll recommend the best spots. I take into account the weather, any special events, and real-time road conditions to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
6. What should I bring for the day?
Since there’s no hiking involved, simply bring comfortable clothing, a light jacket, sunscreen, and water. You’ll receive a checklist with everything you’ll need before the tour.
7. What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance without any charge. For cancellations on the day of the tour, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible. If unforeseen events cause us to cancel (e.g., extreme weather), you’ll have the option to reschedule.
